# ตั้งค่า LINE Rich Menu (Pro)

Rich Menu ของไลน์จะช่วยให้ลูกค้าเลือกใช้เมนูต่างๆของร้านได้เอง และเมื่อใช้ร่วมกับระบบของ Lumi ลูกค้าจะจองเองได้ 24 ชั่วโมง แต่ต้องเชื่อม LINE OA กับระบบแล้วเท่านั้น

### เลือกบัญชี LINE Official ที่ต้องการ แล้วไปที่เมนู Rich Menu

### ตั้งค่าและออกแบบตามต้องการ

โดย Rich Menu จะทำงานกับ Lumi ได้หลายฟังชั่นดังนี้

1. ใช้ Action Type เป็น Text แล้วใช้ Keyword ที่รองรับ
2. ใส่ลิงค์ร้านไปโดยตรง เช่น lml.ink/lumi

1. สำหรับส่ง Catalog ลูกค้าที่กดจองผ่าน Catalog ระบบจะรู้ว่าเป็นลูกค้าคนไหนจองมา\
   1.1 "**/เช็คคิว**" หรือ "📅 **เช็คคิว**" สำหรับส่งการ์ดบริการ\
   1.2 "**/คอร์ส**" หรือ "🎓 **คอร์ส**" สำหรับส่งการ์ดคอร์สเรียน
